RETURNS +EXCHANGES
How do I return/exchange an item?
STEP 1: Email us at service@testoninortheu.com
with the following details:
Your order number
The item(s) you’d like to return/exchange
The reason for each return/exchange item (for quality issues, please attach pictures)
The new item link/color/size for exchange
STEP 2: Get authorization from customer service and ship the parcel back to the address provided.
(Please keep the return receipt for tracking purposes.)
STEP 3: Send the return receipt to customer service to help us track your parcel and arrange an exchange in advance.
Please note: Except for quality issues, return shipping fees are at your own expense.
How soon will I get my refund/exchange?
Once your return is received at our facility, processing your refund or exchange may take up to 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and your refund processed.
Original shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
For exchanges, we’ll begin processing your replacement item as soon as your return tracking information is confirmed — so you can receive your new pair as early as possible.
